Welcome to MRG’s 75th Season!

After an excellent start to the season we’ve been enjoying quite the weather rollercoaster with more seasonable temps now returning to the mountain. Snow making and thoughtful grooming have ensured the Practice Slope continues to ski well and a groomed route maintained to Kay’s Grove for those willing to hike. And a very special thanks to the Stark Mountain Foundation for generously donating the funding to repair the Sunnyside Double lift drive as well as the Practice Slope lift motor.

Weekday Hours:

Rentals & Repair: 8:30 – 4:00

December Meeting Minutes

The Board is actively seeking candidates for the April 2024 election, both within the state and from outside. Jeff Whittingham and Will Kriewald will be completing their first term while Matthew Milan, currently residing out of state, will be terming out. We encourage ALL shareholders to consider running for office or to actively recruit potential candidates.

Management Report

We opened early for our 75th Anniversary Season on Thursday, December 7th. We were blessed with a string of weekly heavy, wet snow storms that had us skiing all over the mountain in great conditions. The inevitable pre-Christmas thaw arrived on cue which relegated us back to Lift 4 and the Practice Slope trails.
