Support MRG’s Annual Fundraising Projects

The Mad River Glen Cooperative (MRG) and Stark Mountain Foundation (SMF) are kicking off annual fundraising to support the long-term sustainability of the mountain. MRG has always taken a strategic two-pronged approach to financial stability leveraging MRG operational revenue and philanthropy through SMF. As we look to the future, we believe that a shift to annual giving programs will provide the consistent resources required to sustain this unique and magical place.

As we head into the 2024-2025 season and **kick-off our annual giving program,** we have two exciting projects to support!

10.28.24: The new towers are in!

Sunnyside Mid-Station– If you didn’t already know, this project is well underway! The concrete has been poured, towers are installed, and we are on schedule to have the new mid-station by opening day. The new mid-station extends MRG’s abilities to deliver a better experience to our skiers in so many ways including better access to mid-mountain early season or low snowfall years and a good option for new skiers learning to love MRG.

MRG Pub Renovation – Who doesn’t love our pub! While skiing continues to make MRG famous, our après ski is just as infamous! Time has taken its toll on our beloved Pub though and a renovation is more than due to increase efficiency, create a better experience for music and conversation, and make it safer for the future by upgrading the electric, plumbing and ventilation systems.

Your tax deductible contribution today to SMF will help us enhance our terrain, expand our offerings, and create more unforgettable MRG experiences. We hope that you will support our annual giving program for these projects and future ones to ensure the continued sustainability of MRG. I will Donate Now to these Projects

Mad River Glen is #1 in SKI’s Reader Resort survey for the second year in a row!

It’s no fluke - MRG once again topped SKI Magazine's 2025 Reader Resort Survey as the best ski mountain in the East!

“Most Insightful Reader Comment:

MRG is top-to-bottom an amazing mountain where even just two or three hours is as good as a full day elsewhere. That’s why people are so excited to go there and leave with such a glow.”

October Meeting Minutes

Foliage season has been very busy - Green and Gold weekend had 912 tickets sold (almost double the previous year)! The Basebox was extremely busy and is now closed for deep cleaning, restocking, and staff rest until the Friday after Thanksgiving.
